At Home Assistance

Services to help people living with dementia continue to live at home.  Services include personal care, respite care, dining programs, and transportation.

Legal

Consultation to assist people living with dementia with legal matters such as wills, power of attorney, living wills, and program benefits. 

Support Groups

Groups that provide people living with dementia and caregivers a place to share their experiences and coping strategies.  Please call to confirm meeting time and place before attending

Adult Day Programs

Partial or all-day programs that provide activities and socialization for people living with dementia.  A safe and enjoyable place to stay engaged during the day. 

Medical

Resources to locate geriatric physicians, medical care focused on dementia, home health referrals, long term care information, Medicare & Medicaid assistance, and insurance consultation

Protective Services

Resources to assist if physical or emotional abuse, fraud, neglect, or any type of exploitation is suspected.  “If you see something, say something.”
