Adult Protective Services

Information

Anyone having reason to believe that a disabled person needs protective services should report such information to Adult Protective Services at their county Department of Social Services.

Give the person’s name, age or date of birth, and the name of the caregiver if you know it.  Describe the living situation and why you are calling and give names of others who might have more information.

You are not required to give your name when you make a call.
